The Ford F-150 has been at the top of the list in the White Hall area for years, thanks to its beastly capabilities and great features. In 2021, the F-150 broke ground on its 14th generation by introducing incredible updates from bumper to bumper. The improvements to the F-150 have continued in more recent model years. In fact, for 2023, Ford introduces the F-150 Raptor R. This new trim is at the top of the lineup and is loaded with off-road capabilities. What can you expect from the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R?
The new Raptor R brings a new powertrain online. This is a 700-horsepower, supercharged V8 gas engine that produces 640 pound-feet of torque. It is an all-wheel drive system that comes with a 10-speed automatic transmission. In addition to giving you the incredible power you want your next truck to have, the Raptor R offers a strong mix of mechanical features. These include a locking rear differential, an off-roading suspension, multiple terrain drive modes, Fox adaptive shock absorbers, and six upfitters.
The Raptor R has all of the exterior appeal of the other F-150 trims and adds a few exciting style elements to the mix. The F-150 displays tall, rectangular headlights, a slightly curved grille, solid ground clearance, and a boxy cabin. The Raptor R trim for 2023 takes style to the next level with unique graphics and flared fenders.
The interior of the 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R is equally appealing. It has specialized trim, unique upholstery, and sports Recaro seats in the front. It also shares some features with other trim levels. These include a two-panel moonroof, massage and heat for the front seats, power running boards, Pro Power Onboard, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a work surface with a power tailgate, a multi-zone climate management system, and wireless device charging. The F-150 Raptor's safety equipment includes adaptive cruise control, automatic rear braking, evasive steering assistance, and a lane-keep system.
